Better Way Forward (BWF) is a community-centric 501(c)3 nonprofit based in Eastern Iowa. Our work is rooted in the pillars of Being A JEDI: Belonging, Accessibility, Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
As an independent organization, we maintain our own strategic vision and action plans while actively building bridges with local partners. Through collaborative fundraising, volunteer support, and inclusive programming, we ensure that the journey toward equity is one we all take together.

BETTER WAY FORWARD has no affiliation with the Clear Creek Amana School District, as the 2021 School Board elected to de-affiliate BWF from supporting marginalized students. We are committed to supporting any individual or group that needs assistance in the Johnson County Area through building connections, finding resources, and locating volunteers.
